How it works

Task and timing

Before work begins, we agree on the task, timing, access, and priority.

System administration

We deploy and tune panels, proxies, mail services, monitoring, and backups.

Security

Security hardening, firewall setup, and update management within the selected plan.

Scalability

After reviewing the requirements, we can design a multi-node, load-balanced, or redundant setup.

Zabbix and alerts

CyberWatch includes basic monitoring, while RootShield adds Zabbix plus Telegram and SMS alerts.

24/7 technical support

The technical support team is available 24/7. Response time depends on the selected plan and request priority.

Server administration FAQ

Scope, access, and work start

What is included in server administration?

Scope depends on the plan and may include diagnostics, system-service configuration, updates, security hardening, monitoring, backups, and consultation within the included hours.

How does a one-time task differ from a monthly plan?

A one-time service covers an agreed task. A monthly plan is intended for regular updates, monitoring, planned work, and incident handling.

Can you fix an existing server configuration?

Yes. We first review the current configuration, risks, and backups. Then we agree on the safest approach: targeted remediation or a clean reinstall.

How are credentials shared?

Before work begins, we determine the required access level. Do not send passwords in open messages; use a protected channel and rotate temporary credentials after one-time work is complete.

Are backups included?

Backups are included in plans that list them. Capacity, frequency, and storage location are set before launch. Before making changes, we check that a current backup exists and can be restored.

When does work begin?

Work starts after payment and once we receive the task and access details. Timing depends on the plan, queue, and urgency; we will provide it before work begins.

How do I choose the right format?

Use a one-time service for one defined task. If the server needs regular updates, monitoring, and changes, compare monthly packages or describe the infrastructure in Telegram.
