Client reviews

Vladimir K. · e-commerce team · 14.02.2024

We keep several production servers on a long-term basis. What matters most is that both the hardware and support stay predictable without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Saturn team · proxy and admin support · 03.11.2024

We needed a provider that would not only deliver the server but also stay involved operationally. From that perspective QCKL turned out to be a calm and practical choice.

Sergius · BGP and IP resources · 26.01.2025

For IP resources and routing, communication speed and clean processes matter most. Here it was clear what happens before payment and after launch.

FAQ for services

Service choice and configuration

Our core services are dedicated server rental, IPv4/IPv6 subnet rental, server administration, and LIR/ASN services.

If the project is lightweight, in testing, or only starting, a VPS is often enough. If you need full hardware control, more resources, and stable production operation, a dedicated server is usually the better choice. If the workload is bottlenecked by graphics, machine learning, rendering, or AI, you need a GPU server.

If you run websites, APIs, databases, Docker, VPN, Telegram bots, Node.js, Python, PHP, proxies, or DevOps workloads, Linux is almost always the better option. If you need RDP, Windows applications, 1C, or Windows-specific software, then Windows Server is the more sensible choice.

Yes. Usually it is enough to understand five things: what you are running, which operating system you need, how many users or processes there will be, whether a GPU is required, and which location matters most. After that, it becomes possible to choose the right configuration for the workload instead of guessing from a search phrase.

Provisioning depends on the selected service and location. For IP resources, the typical timeline is up to 48 hours. For server configurations, activation depends on stock, location, and build details, and is confirmed at checkout.

Locations, IP, and placement

Yes. For many workloads this is a standard scenario: hosting in Europe or another international location because of audience geography, latency, hosting requirements, or infrastructure separation. It is important to choose not only the country, but the right combination of location and network quality.

Yes. You can rent a single IP, several addresses, or an entire subnet for servers, VPS, proxies, VPN, mail workloads, BGP, and infrastructure scenarios. The right format depends on the actual use case: one project may need a single white IP, while another needs a routed subnet or even a /24.

Yes. IP resources can be used with VPS, dedicated servers, and other infrastructure if that matches your connectivity model. The important part is understanding whether you need separate IPs, a routed subnet, or a BGP design instead of simply buying addresses just in case.

Support, maintenance, and DevOps

Yes. All active services include 24/7 technical support. For operating workloads, tickets, the client area, and Telegram are available. Monthly administration plans are handled in a priority mode.

Yes. A virtual or dedicated server does not run itself. It still needs proper setup, updates, monitoring, and protection. That is exactly why administration is relevant for VPS/VDS as well as for dedicated servers.

Yes. If the server or infrastructure matters to your business, long-term maintenance is usually more effective than searching for a one-time contractor after every incident. One-time work treats the symptom, while regular administration reduces the chance of the outage itself.

If you have multiple servers, deployment, staging and production, monitoring, automation, and frequent updates, manual administration quickly becomes a source of mistakes. At that point, you need not just an admin, but a DevOps approach with automation and a clear infrastructure model.

Documents and policies

The site includes a dedicated contracts and documents section with the offer, privacy policy, cookies policy, SLA, and the 30-day refund guarantee. This makes it possible to review conditions, anti-abuse/KYC rules, cancellation terms, and other legal details before payment.
